“SAFETY EDUCATION CURRENCY MADE EASY”
All CAP members are required to either attend a “ face to face” monthly safety briefing OR take an elective monthly safety course located on the right side of eServices, (login required) under Restricted, Safety Management System (SMS).  Click on SMS.  You will see a three column matrix.  Locate  “ ONLINE SAFETY EDUCATION’ second column.  Click on this box.  You will then see a wide range of elective courses.  Completion of only one course at a time meets safety currency requirements.  It takes approximately 15 minutes to complete each brief course.  Our monthly safety briefings are conducted on the first squadron meeting, second Monday, each month.
