Checking your Emergency Services Qualifications

To view your ES Qualifications, do the following:

• Go to the eServices Site at https://www.capnhq.gov/CAP.eServices.Web/Default.aspx

• Enter CAPID and Password.

• Click on My Operations Qualifications (on the left side).

• On the left hand menu, under Emergency Services you can select SQTRs/Entry/View Work Sheet, SQTRs/Print Blank Work Sheets, or 101 Card.

• At the top of whichever sheet you see next, there will be an item called “View Qualifications”. Click on this to get a page that shows all of your qualifications. They are listed with headings of Qualification, Expiration Date, and Status.

• This page shows your completion of GES, Mission Specialties, Communications Tests, and any ICS Certifications that you may have.

• The page will not show CAP Test 116, 117, or Ground Handling Video requirements. You will need to view them on an SQTR or in Ops Quals/Reports . The reports are “Aircraft Ground Handling Currency” and “ES 116/117/SET Tasks”.
