SQ 314 Emergency Services Tip # 02d January, 2013
Getting a copy of the SQTR
The SQTR is your primary training record while progressing in an Emergency Services Specialty.
To view and/or print your SQTRs do the following:
- Click on My Operations Qualifications (on the left side)
- On the left hand menu, under Emergency Services/SQTRs, select either “Entry/View Worksheet” if you are in training or “Print Blank Worksheets” if you have not yet started training.
- Under the drop down menu for *Achievement, select the desired ES Specialty, i.e. MS, MO, MP
- This will bring up the desired SQTR worksheet. Click on the “Print SQTR Worksheet” button at the bottom of the page to print a copy.
- Print out a copy of your SQTR and carry it with you on training flights and other training activities.
- When you complete a task, have your trainer sign off the SQTR by entering their CAP ID and the date. The trainer should also enter the signed off tasks in the on-line SQTR - if they are unable to do so, have your Squadron ES Officer or ES Training Officer enter the data into the SQTR.
Do not enter data into the on-line SQTR yourself.
Note: You can check all of your qualifications two ways:
1. click the “View Qualifications” field under your name at the top.
2. click “Single Person” under “Emergency Services” on the Operations Qualifications screen
